Why "Save Point"?
In many video games, a Save Point is where you stop, regroup, and prepare for the next challenge. Life has those moments too. Save Point Coaching helps teens and young adults pause, reflect, build a plan, and move forward with confidence.

A Note From Joe
Save Point Coaching was created from a simple belief: Every teen reaches moments where they feel stuck. Those moments are not failures. They're opportunities to pause, reflect, create a plan, and move forward with purpose.Whether we're working on academics, executive functioning, college and career planning, or life coaching, my goal is always the same: help teens build the confidence and practical skills needed to become successful, independent adults.
Pause. Plan. Progress.

Common Questions
Who can benefit from coaching at Save Point?
We specialize in supporting middle schoolers, high schoolers, and young adults (ages 12-25) who are navigating academic pressures, executive function challenges, or major life transitions. We also partner with parents to help them effectively support their children’s growth journey.
What makes Save Point different from a typical tutor?
While a tutor helps you master a specific subject, a coach helps you master the “how” of learning. We focus on mindset, organization, task initiation, and self-advocacy—the foundational executive skills that lead to sustainable success across all academics and life stages.
How long is a typical coaching engagement?
Every teen’s expedition is unique. Some find clarity in a few months of focused work, while others value consistent long-term support throughout a school year or transition period. We offer flexible plans centered around your specific “Pause, Plan, Progress” milestones.
Do you support neurodivergent teens?
Absolutely. A large part of our work involves supporting teens with ADHD, dyslexia, and other executive functioning profiles. We focus on building resilient systems that work *with* their unique wiring to reduce friction and build long-term confidence.
Where do sessions take place and how do we start?
We primarily offer remote sessions for maximum flexibility with busy teen schedules. To get started, simply book a free consultation via our Contact page. This first meeting is a “Pause” moment to understand your needs and see if we’re the right fit for your expedition.
